Fayose Promises to give 50 thousand naira to anybody detained by DSS in Ekiti

The executive Governor of Ekiti state, Peter Ayodele Fayose the Rock, a member of the People's Democratic Party, yesterday took to his twitter handle to announce that, any Ekiti citizen arrested illegelly by the Department of Security Service specifically been influenced by Fayemi, the Gubanitorial candidate for All Progressive Congress shall receive fifty thousand naira (50) as compensation.
Is this some sort of motivation for people to start wanting to enter DSS problems intentionally, is this his plans in how he is going to pay 8 months salary?

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is not taking chances to make sure the Super Eagles enjoy a smooth World Cup campaign in Russia in June. Towards achieving this, reports has it that the federation is now ready to pay the players the $2.8 million World Cup qualification bonus from FIFA, Wow. According to a top source in the NFF, the federation was already in possession of the grant and are ready to fulfill its agreement with the players before the trip to Russia. “Right now, we are ready to pay the players the qualification bonus.
